Agentic AI is the newest feature introduced by Workshop. The company launched AI-generated emails and a redesigned collaborative editor. These are for internal communications teams. Workshop stated that communicators can describe communication needs in their own words. They also receive complete internal communications from one prompt.
According to the announcement, the platform generates layout, copy, images, and formatting within seconds. The emails are also ready to send immediately. Workshop said communicators can enter prompts such as “open enrollment reminder for full-time employees.” They can also enter prompts like “monthly safety update for our warehouse team.” The platform then generates fully designed communications.
The company stated that Cici helps communicators brainstorm subject lines and refine copy. It also supports campaign planning, engagement analysis, and workflow improvements. Workshop also said the AI agent uses internal communications workflows, templates, benchmarks, and tone rules. It also incorporates industry research from communications professionals.

Now, comms teams can spend their time on the work that matters most, like understanding their organization, knowing what matters to employees, deciding what to say and when.”
According to the announcement, 68% of communicators identified repetitive task automation as their top priority. This was in Workshop’s 2026 Internal Comms Trends Report. Workshop also stated that nearly half of communicators already use AI tools daily for content creation.
The company stated that the redesigned editor supports multiple users working on the same email simultaneously. Workshop also said communication teams can move from production-focused work toward strategic communication planning.
