Zinke brings extensive experience in marketing and communications across global luxury fashion and retail industries. She previously held senior leadership roles at Kering, LVMH, Tiffany & Co., Net-a-Porter, and Ralph Lauren. Her expertise includes brand stewardship, media strategy, and strategic cultural partnerships across international luxury markets. Born in New York City, Zinke relocated to Orange County to join the South Coast Plaza team.

Gunn Downing’s retirement closes a transformative chapter in South Coast Plaza’s distinguished history. During nearly three decades, she shaped marketing vision and strengthened partnerships across retail, arts, and philanthropy. Her leadership reinforced South Coast Plaza’s standing as a premier global luxury shopping destination.
