Former journalist Michael Segal founded InstaTrac in collaboration with the former Phoenix Media Group, and the company has provided government intelligence for more than 30 years. InstaTrac gives subscribers the ease of using research tools for government information. The InstaTrac platform has tools such as MassTrac which is a legislative tracking tool focused on Beacon Hill.
