Braze is rolling out new Agentic AI Capabilities to change the way marketing teams handle daily tasks. Instead of just suggesting ideas, these tools actually help teams build and tweak customer campaigns on the fly.
The update centers on two main releases: BrazeAI Operator and BrazeAI Agent Console. These tools act like an extra set of hands inside the platform. They take over some of the heavier lifting, meaning marketers don’t have to wait on technical teams just to get a new campaign off the ground.

Smarter Creative Production
The team also launched the Braze Creative Studio to keep all those moving parts, like designs and copy, in one place. Because it connects directly to apps like Figma and Canva, designers can push their work straight into a campaign. It cuts out the usual back-and-forth between different apps.
For global teams, Braze is also letting customers host the BrazeAI Decisioning Studio in Europe via Google Cloud. It’s a move to give brands more control over where their data lives.
